Taiwanese food is an important part of its culture, and it incorporates various regional Chinese recipes to make it more diverse. Taiwan Cuisine collects the recipes of over 1,300 popular courses picked from the Ching & Han Royal Dynasty Feast as well as 6 major regional Chinese Cuisine, including Szechuan, Beijing, Taiwan, Zhejiang, Cantonese and Hunan.In addition, the database also includes medicinal cuisine and recipes of nutritious breakfast.

     All the recipes are carefully indexed that allows users to search by meal and course or by ingredient. The system also provides the image of each course along with directions that helps users easily master various courses. Taiwan Cuisine Database provides leeway to understand the richness and diversity of Taiwanese food.
